JOB DESCRIPTION - MAIN ROLES
Conduct overall marketing and growth plans in conjunction with the team; Mainly about building, branding and promoting information of TEDxĐaKao Speakers/ Ideas worth spreading;
Scan the market for leads, ensure rigorous follow-ups and meetings;
Monitor industry activity and market trends relevant to the sponsorship of TEDxĐaKao;
Put together pitch emails, proposals and marketing collaterals towards convincing brands to partner with TEDxĐaKao conference and allied activities;
Identify and execute pre-event, during events, and post-event stories, potential workshops/campaign and build growth campaign for TEDxĐaKao speakers + community - leading enriching community campaigns;
A critical part of the role is client servicing – to be able to deliver on pre-agreed deliverables from both parties;
Team-work is an important part of the job role; you can request supportive recruitment, and (or) share a complete campaign and request support from our current pool of talents if they are available. You will need to collaborate effectively with other team members and lead a volunteer team of yours.
JOB DESCRIPTION - SKILLS REQUIRED
Good organizational and planning skills, Details oriented, Take Responsibility;
Ability to create, manage and coordinate marketing activities and processes to promote TEDxĐaKao properties;
Build and set up posts for social media campaigns and set them on Facebook, and online websites;
A highly organized, confident self-starter with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;
Self-sufficient, hands-on DIY orientation, multitasking, trustworthy, and reliable;
Proactive and goal oriented with strong willingness to learn and constantly improve;
Excellent capacity to learn quickly, think on the fly and self-teach as required;
Exceptional written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
Respect the timeline, able to focus on the end mission of the overall community;
Able to compromise on working remotely and presence when there’re meeting requests from the organizer as many as possible;
Able to finish all the tasks according to the timeline while working remotely.
JOB DESCRIPTION - EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Have experience in marketing or agency experience;
Understanding the principles of marketing and community building;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Tools and techniques;
Communication and influence skills;
Thrive to learn;
Work professionally with integrity and humbleness;
Other technical background is not required!
